Tell me your dream wedding photos "vibe" + the the vibe of your wedding
*
Describe yourself in 3 words and then describe your fiancé in 3 words AND tell me your favorite hobbies and anything you're super into (classic films, astrology, painting, traveling, what's your jam)
BONUS: Then have them describe you in 3 words and include their answer here too :)
Do you have a wedding planner?
If so, include their name and contact information.
If no, it would be great if you could designate someone to be available for me if questions come up on the wedding day and provide their name and contact information.
What is your FULL wedding or elopement timeline? (This will look different for everyone, and you can do 100% documentary style with nothing posed or get a ton of epic posed photos built into your timeline)
*
Put as much as you have planned
example:
12:00pm getting ready
12:30pm photographer arrives
12:45 detail shots, getting ready photos
1:30 first look + couple photos
2:15 wedding party photos
3:00 head to ceremony venue
4:00pm ceremony
4:30pm family photos
6:00pm dinner
6:30pm speeches
7:00pm reception begins
8:00pm first dance
8:30pm cake cutting
9:00pm sparkler exit
*any special things happening? I want to know about it so I don't miss anything*
What time should I start photography and what time should I end photography?

Do you want posed family photos?
Posed family photos would be where we block a chunk of time to get extended family, immediate family, parents, siblings, etc. posed for the camera.
Documentary style candids would be nothing posed formally and just capturing the day as it organically unfolds. Photos of friends and family would be candid photos throughout the day and nothing formally posed.
Yes, I want to dedicate time to posed family photos
No, just documentary style candids throughout the day
Photo of everyone in attendance at Wedding
Yes
No
Grandparents Photo
Both sides grandparent(s) all in one photo
Each partner with grandparent(s) individually
No grandparent(s) photo
Family dynamics
Remember, you know your family situation better than I do. Tell me about your family dynamics here. (anyone who has passed on, divorced, etc.) so I can better understand and accommodate this portion respectfully
Partner 1 Immediate Family Photos
PLEASE INCLUDE IMMEDIATE FAMILY NAMES SO I CAN CALL THEM OUT DURING THIS PORTION OF THE DAY!
Then list all breakdowns you will want
For example:
NAMES:
Jules Family: Bill (dad), Alice (mom), Ted (bother, adult- married to Sarah, they have 4 kids), Nicole (sister, adult, single), Me, June (younger sister, teen), Teddy Jr (younger brother, 4 yrs)
PHOTOS:
-couple + full immediate family including in-laws + nieces and nephews (bill, Alice, ted, Sarah, their 4 kids, Nicole, June, Teddy)
-couple + immediate family no in-laws (bill, Alice, ted, Nicole, June, teddy)
-couple + parents (bill + Alice)
-couple + siblings (ted, Nicole, June, teddy)
-partner 1 (replace "partner 1" with first name!) + Dad (Bill)
-partner 1 + Mom (Alice)
-partner 1 + siblings (Ted, Nicole, June, Teddy)
-partner 1 + ted (brother)
etc....
Partner 2 Immediate Family Photos
SAME THING AS ABOVE!!!
Please replace "partner 2" with their first name
Wedding Party Photos (bridesmaids + groomsmen)
I typically get full wedding party, groom/partner 1 with groomsmen, groom/partner 1 with best man, bride/partner 2 with bridesmaids, and bride/partner 2 with maid of honor. If that sounds good feel free to write "sounds good" or put your preferences here.
Will wedding party photos be at the same time as family photos?
Yes. They are important to me.
Yes, if time. They are not important to me.
No, let's knock wedding party photos out before the ceremony
Couple Portraits
Partner 1 solo, Partner 2 solo, PLUS couple together
Just couple photos (just a few so we can party)
Just couple photos (select this if you want to spend more time on these and/or do these at a separate location the day of your wedding so we can work it into your timeline)
No couple photos or single photos
Where will events take place?
*
Example: ceremony will be outdoor on east side, reception will be in grand hall, etc...
ALSO list areas you would like photos to be taken of couple or family *IF* you have a preference. If you don't, I'll scope out the area for the best lighting and scenery.
Do you prefer I mostly:
*
Capture documentary style (blend into the background so you don't know I'm there-- other than family and wedding party photos)
Be more directive and make sure the shots are captured in the best way, even if it means doing something again for a better shot
Full documentary style, nothing posed
No preference
If your wedding goes past contracted time, do you prefer I
*
Leave when contracted time ends
Stay and bill the extra time
Ask you on the day of what you would prefer
Do you have any shots you're dreaming of that you'll be devastated to NOT have?
Please put those here!
It would be so kind of you to jot down your other wedding vendors for me here:
Flowers:
Decor:
DJ:
Dress:
Suit:
Other vendors hired:
Extra Credit: What are your wedding colors?
Extra Credit: Tell me all about your dress and/or suit
I would love to see photos! Don't forget to add them to your wedding project files! (As soon as I see those photos, I start visualizing photos we can create.)
Do you lean more toward:
*
Artsier, moodier tones and edits (think "make us look freaking cool")
Bright and airy edits (this isn't my usual style, but think super clean and bright and white and elegant feeling + true color)
You do you, I love what is on your website + want the same vibe
Filmy + blurry aesthetic photos
All of the above
